How it works

Contact your Account Manager or we pro-actively contact you to initiate Collaboration from a new opportunity or your Action Plan. We plan the format and agenda of the Collaboration, applying our knowledge of participating partners, for an optimal approach to achieving outcomes for all Partners involved. We contact all the Partners involved for input to the Collaboration agenda and agreement to discuss. We confirm back to all Partners involved, the agenda, attendees, proposed outcome time and location. We facilitate the Collaboration session to ensure outcomes are achieved. We then follow up with a summary, agreed actions and outcomes.
